*Communications
Online bookings will receive an email confirmation. All text sms confirmations need to be responded to! If we do not receive a Yes or NO response within 4pm the day before your appointment, it will be taken as canceled.
*Scissoring, shaves or tidy ups.
Hair will only be scissored, clipped or tidied up, if the hair is cleaned by a Wash and blowdry service. Dirty hair will blunt or destroy our equipment.
* Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations:
Appointments are recommended and can be made by phone 0482094072, online, or in person. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $38.50 per dog. No-shows will be marked on account, and a charge of $38.50. The Trusty Dog Wash will review if the dog can continue being a customer.
* Late Arrivals:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on the schedule.
* Matted Coats:
Matted coats require extra attention and may incur additional charges. We will assess the condition of your dog's coat and discuss the best course of action with you. In some cases, short shaving or removal may be necessary for the dog's comfort and well-being. We reserved the right to refuse or send to a veterinarian for matting assistance. Matting charges start at $7 (5min).
* Health & Behavior:
For the safety of our staff and other dogs, we require that all dogs be up-to-date on their vaccination. We cannot accept dogs with contagious conditions. Please inform us of any behavioral issues your dog may have, such as aggression or anxiety. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that poses a risk to our staff or other animals.
* Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, etc. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but we will gladly address any concerns you may have.
* Pick-Up/Drop-Off:
*Please arrive promptly for your dog's scheduled pick-up time. If you are unable to pick up your dog at the agreed-upon time, please contact us as soon as possible. Late pick-ups may incur a fee $20 per 30mins
We close at 4pm, if your dog is late in the afternoon please make sure you can pick up before 4pm.
If no other prior arrangements are made and no communication can be made and your dog has not been pickup within a reasonable time frame, under the worse case scenario we will need to take your dog to the pound.
A full invoice of all cost of staff to stay on after hours.
